Terms of use

Dashboard Engine turns a file (CSV/Excel/Moodle grades XML) into a visual report, processed entirely in your browser. There are no accounts, no login, no storage of your data on any server - see privacy policy.

Use Dashboard Engine only for lawful purposes. Don't attempt unauthorized access to the service's infrastructure, interfere with its normal operation, or use it to process data you don't have the right to handle (for example, student grades without the corresponding authorization from your institution).

Dashboard Engine's code and design belong to RA Software Apps. The files you upload and the reports you generate are yours - Dashboard Engine claims no rights over them, and since they're processed only in your browser, they never reach our servers.

Dashboard Engine is provided "as is", with no guarantee of continuous availability or absence of errors. The reports, KPIs, and automated insights (including any classification like "Class status") are heuristics over the data you upload, not a validated professional or pedagogical diagnosis - what to do with that information is always your decision. To the extent permitted by law, RA Software Apps assumes no liability for decisions made based on using the tool.

The "Support the project" button links to an external service (Ko-fi). Dashboard Engine doesn't process payments or store payment data - any donation is handled entirely on Ko-fi, under its own terms.

We may update these terms if the service changes. Relevant changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
